Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device to remember information between visits or while you browse. This policy also covers similar local-storage technologies, which keep information in your browser without sending it to the server.
2. Our approach: only exempt cookies
Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) requires informed consent for cookies, except those of a purely technical nature that are strictly necessary to provide a service expressly requested by the user. The guide on the use of cookies published by the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD, Guía sobre el uso de las cookies, July 2023) lists the exempt categories, which include session authentication cookies and interface-personalisation cookies chosen by the user — the guide’s own example is the choice of the website language.
This site uses only cookies in those exempt categories. For that reason no consent is required and no cookie banner is shown. There are no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no third-party cookies of any kind: fonts are self-hosted, and the site embeds no external maps, videos or social plug-ins.
3. The cookies this site uses
The complete list of cookies and local-storage entries:
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| sb-…-auth-token | First-party, technical (authentication) | Keeps your client-portal session after you sign in. Set only when you log in — visitors who never use the portal never receive it. Exempt as an authentication cookie for a service you expressly request. | Session-bound, with a limited refresh validity |
| NEXT_LOCALE | First-party, technical (preference) | Remembers the language you select with the language switcher. Exempt interface personalisation chosen by the user. | Session |
| theme | First-party local storage (not sent to the server) | Stores the light or dark display mode you choose with the theme toggle. | Until you clear your browser data |
4. How to manage or delete cookies
You can delete or block cookies at any time from your browser settings — usually under Settings → Privacy → Cookies and site data. Deleting them signs you out of the client portal and resets your language and display choices; blocking cookies entirely will prevent you from logging in to the portal, since the session cannot be maintained without its authentication cookie.
5. Changes to this policy
If the site ever introduced non-exempt cookies, consent would be requested beforehand in accordance with the AEPD guide — with a reject option as prominent as the accept option — and this page would be updated first. How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
