Every Turkkanlar case runs through our client portal: a live checklist of exactly which documents are missing, the status of each one, and where your application stands — from eligibility to resolution. No chasing for updates.
01 — Dashboard
Your dashboard separates tasks from updates: whatever is waiting on you sits at the top, with your case's current stage and progress just below. One glance tells you whether anything needs your attention today.
02 — Documents
Your checklist exists before your first upload: every required document, its current status, and — when something needs fixing — the exact reason. Versions are kept, expiry dates are tracked, and the count at the top shows how close your file is to complete.
03 — Case tracking
Your case moves through nine defined stages, and every change is recorded with a date and a note from your lawyer. You see what has happened, what is happening now, and who is acting — you, your lawyer, or the Spanish authorities.
04 — For businesses
HR teams see every case in one sortable table — employee, procedure, stage, documents, and the next deadline — with a compliance calendar that warns you before permits expire. Initiate cases for several employees at once, while each employee follows their own case in their own language.
Security & privacy
Immigration files are sensitive by definition. The portal treats them that way — and the GDPR is the floor, not the ceiling.
Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union, on infrastructure we operate ourselves.
Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, and downloads use short-lived, signed links.
Role-based permissions enforced at the database level: you see your cases, your lawyer sees assigned ones — nobody else.
Everything you share is protected by attorney–client confidentiality under Spanish law, alongside the GDPR.
